This Pinnacle southwest corner unit on the 4th floor closed escrow today for about $50,000 less than the asking price at $1,000,000 even. Not the largest of floor plans, but one of the more popular ones for a lower level unit. This one features the blue cabinet package in the kitchen, and also dark marble in the bathrooms. The price isn’t bad compared to the other recent sales of lower level units on the front of the building. I think this will sell more quickly than other options available right now on the east and north sides, and it did – still plenty of value for a buyer to get larger than average square footage in the building, even if on a lower floor.
