This remodeled 1-bedroom listing at the Pinnacle on the west-side of the building has been at least temporarily taken off the market.  Reimagined with a spacious master bathroom and walk-in closet and update kitchen.  Nice open concept kitchen/living room, as well as a water view from the balcony down Union Street. The asking price might be pushing it based o the most recent similar sales, but the west-side 1 bedrooms do command a premium compared to the east-side. I’ll post again once it’s back up for sale or otherwise.

This 4th floor, northeast corner unit is now at least temporarily off the market.  Walls of glass frame a large great room.  Marble flooring and quartz countertops.  The price still seems a bit steep for a 4th floor unit, but with low inventory, they’ve got a shot. I’ll post again once it’s for sale again or otherwise.

This 23rd floor residence is now at least temporarily off the market….a floor plan that rarely hits the market at the Pinnacle.  This 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit spans the entire north side of the 23rd floor.  2 truly usable balconies too.  Some nice upgrades in the kitchen and flooring.  The unit does have 180 degrees of views, but not a direct southern exposure so only limited bay views other than to the west. We’ll see if the upgrades are enough to attract a buyer at this price point. I’ll post again once back on the market.

This 27th floor northeast corner unit is now at least temporarily off the market again. Unique for this stack of unit with a 3rd balcony accessible from the living room.  It offers 2 bedrooms as well as a 3rd space presently being used as a den.  Nice patio sizes and views from this perch that looks out above the Horizons building to the east, as well as north and even northwest. I’ll post again once it’s back on the market.

I’ll post again once it’s back up for sale.

This middle-unit on the 16th floor has been at least temporarily taken off the market.  A bit different than most in the stack as the faux fireplace has been removed and replaced with a calming water feature for a more open feel.  Popular split-bedroom floor plan with little wasted space on hallways, 2 bedrooms, and still 2 full baths and 1 half bath.  I’ll post again once it’s back on the market.

Pinnacle #608 – Withdrawn

550 Front St #608 / Pinnacle #608 – Floor Plan – Withdrawn

This southwest corner unit on the 6th floor has been withdrawn from the market. Some nice upgrades, built-ins, lighting, etc.  Very popular floor plan even though it’s on a lower floor with surprisingly open views as well.  With the low inventory in the building for units with more square footage than most, I’d expect this one will get lots of attention given the orientation.  Wood floors have been added in the bedrooms, so no carpet here.  Just high enough up for some nice views.  Matte cabinetry option from the builder.  Clean and ready to go.  I’ll post again once it’s back on the market.
