This 24th floor east-facing middle unit has expired on the MLS.  It might look familiar as it had been on the market a couple of years ago without selling.  The most recent model-match sale was a floor above in the $800,000s so it’ll be interesting to see if someone pays for for this one below.  Still one of the least expensive options for a unit high up in the building.  Great views mostly from the large balcony vs. inside the unit.  Not a lot in the way of upgrades since original construction.  We’ll see when it’s re-listed hopefully for a much more competitive price.
