This 24th floor east-facing middle unit has been reduced $35,000 and is now asking $824,900.  It might look familiar as it had been on the market a couple of years ago without selling.  Still one of the least expensive options for a unit high up in the building, and the price is getting better.  Great views mostly from the large balcony vs. inside the unit.  Not a lot in the way of upgrades since original construction.  We’ll see if there are any new nibbles based on the new price.

This highly-upgraded northwest corner unit on the 14th floor has been reduced by about $50,000 after no takers in about 5 weeks on the market.  Upgrades not found in most units in the building including limestone flooring, custom built-ins, remodeled bathrooms, and unique lighting.  It’ll be interesting to see if the 14th floor on the northwest corner is high enough up in terms of views to justify the asking price.

This 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit spans the entire north side of the 22nd floor from east to west.  2 truly usable balconies too.  Standard fit and finish for the building but with some nice upgraded light fixtures and custom closet doors.  The unit does have 180 degrees of views, but not a direct southern exposure so only limited bay views other than to the west.  We’ll see if the reduction helps spur along a sale.

This listing on the 21st floor has been reduced by $20,000.  At the new price expect this one to sell much more quickly than the unit 3 floors above which is also for sale.  Some interesting wallpaper and the darker option for countertops.  Great views on the 21st floor which thanks to high ceilings at the Pinnacle is roughly equivalent to the 25th floor at Horizons across the street.  We’ll see if the small price reduction spurs along a sale.

This 5th floor northwest corner unit has reduced in price by $20,000.  It has a surprisingly decent bay view from the living room and patio to the southwest.  Some nice contemporary upgrades from lighting to paint for a nice and clean look.  We’ll see if the price reduction is enough to spur on a sale.
