After about a month on the market, this 17th floor middle unit at Pinnacle is now in escrow.  This one faces east, but has a nice view from the balcony.  Nicely decorated – it’s priced a bit higher than the most recent sale of the same plan a few floors above though, so we’ll how the market reacts.  I’ll post again once it closes.

After just a couple of weeks on the market, this northeast corner unit is now in escrow.  Pretty much stock in terms of upgrades and finishes.  Multiple balconies including a large deck on the east side of the building.  It’s priced notably higher than the most recent model match sale, but with scarce inventory, I think they’ve got a chance…  I’ll post again once it closes.

Impressively now in escrow after just 3 weeks on the market is this southwest corner unit on the 5th floor – pushing it in price for sure even with nice upgrades, built-ins, etc.  I’ll be really surprised if this ones moves within $100,000 of the asking price because it’s low in the building, but we’ll see what it closes for soon enough…
