After just a few hours back on the market, this reasonably priced southwest corner unit at the Pinnacle is back in escrow again.  Low in the building, but a nice floor plan – the largest on the floor.  Nice upgrades including wood floors in the bedroom.  For less than $900,000, not a bad way to get 1500 sq ft in the building.  I’ll post again once it closes.

Less than 10 days on the market and now in escrow is this 30th floor northwest corner unit at Pinnacle.  Great and mostly protected views to the south, west and north.  Not the largest kitchen/great room, and it features the rare red cabinets, I think it’s probably stretching it on the asking price, but we’ll see how they do.

Less than a month on the market and this 17th floor southeast corner unit at the Pinnacle is now in escrow.  This unit has been lightly decorated and gently lived in.  Very nice view and based on the recent sales, this one should move very quickly.  I’ll post again once it closes.

This 14th floor southeast corner unit is in escrow…  It sold just a few months ago for $1,400,000 but looks like a change of heart for the owner.  High enough up for sit down views of the bay and ocean beyond, yet not so high up to only be looking at the clouds.  Immaculately detailed, I think this one is well priced for the market and expect it to move quickly.  I’ll post again once it closes.

At long last this corner unit on the 6th floor is finally in escrow.  It has a surprisingly decent bay view from the living room and patio to the southwest.  The red cabinetry though probably will be a turn off for most buyers.  I’ll post again once it closes.

Now in escrow about a month after reducing is this 1 bedroom on the 7th floor, east side of the building.  Nice standard finishes and in good shape.  Furniture is negotiable as well.  Not a bad price to get into the building at all, especially now…  I’ll post again once it closes.

This short-sale which is trying to stave off foreclosure is back under contract.  There’s also $26,000 in back HOA dues that the buyer will also be responsible.  That and water damage to appliances, floors, and cabinets, it’s much less exciting than it once was.  I’ll post again once it closes.

After less than 10 days on the market, this southwest corner unit on the 11th floor is now in escrow.  Most desirable corner in the building with bay views from most rooms.  The bathrooms have been upgraded from the original builder specifications with a darker marble.  With scarce competition in the Marina District, this one could move quickly.  I’ll post again once it closes.

After about a month on the market, this 17th floor middle unit at Pinnacle is now in escrow.  This one faces east, but has a nice view from the balcony.  Nicely decorated – it’s priced a bit higher than the most recent sale of the same plan a few floors above though, so we’ll how the market reacts.  I’ll post again once it closes.
