No surprise – after just 48 hours on the market, this well priced corner unit on the 14th floor is now in escrow.  High enough up for sit down views of the bay and ocean beyond, yet not so high up to only be looking at the clouds.  Immaculately detailed, and lightly lived in as a 2nd home, makes sense that it was snatched up quickly.

After less than 2 weeks on the market this traditional sale 1 bedroom overlooking the pool is now under contract.  No surprise since the price appeared to be appropriate based on recent sales and the recent uptick in the market.  One note for clarification, the listing broker in the detail link above states the building was built by Nat Bosa, but that’s incorrect.  I’ll post again when it closes.
