This 14th floor southeast corner unit is in escrow…  It sold just a few months ago for $1,400,000 but looks like a change of heart for the owner.  High enough up for sit down views of the bay and ocean beyond, yet not so high up to only be looking at the clouds.  Immaculately detailed, I think this one is well priced for the market and expect it to move quickly.  I’ll post again once it closes.

At long last this corner unit on the 6th floor is finally in escrow.  It has a surprisingly decent bay view from the living room and patio to the southwest.  The red cabinetry though probably will be a turn off for most buyers.  I’ll post again once it closes.

This short-sale which is trying to stave off foreclosure is back under contract.  There’s also $26,000 in back HOA dues that the buyer will also be responsible.  That and water damage to appliances, floors, and cabinets, it’s much less exciting than it once was.  I’ll post again once it closes.
