This 5th floor northwest corner unit has again on the MLS.  It has a surprisingly decent bay view from the living room and patio to the southwest.  Some nice contemporary upgrades from lighting to paint for a nice and clean look.  We’ll see if there’s enough demand for a lower-level unit to get into the building – although this is a corner unit with some water views, so I think it’s got a chance.  We’ll see if there’s any better luck this summer based on the new price.  I’ll post again once it’s back on the market.
