This listing on the 21st floor has been re-listed on the MLS to reset the clock on the MLS for those not paying close attention.  This one should still sell more quickly than the model match a few floors above, but no love yet.  Some interesting wallpaper and the darker option for countertops.  Great views on the 21st floor which thanks to high ceilings at the Pinnacle is roughly equivalent to the 25th floor at Horizons across the street.  We’ll see if there’s more success this time around.

This 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit spans the entire north side of the 22nd floor from east to west.  2 truly usable balconies too.  Standard fit and finish for the building but with some nice upgraded light fixtures and custom closet doors.  The unit does have 180 degrees of views, but not a direct southern exposure so only limited bay views other than to the west.  We’ll see if there’s more of a market for the unit this summer.

This 24th floor east-facing middle unit has been re-listed on the MLS for $15,000 less, now asking $899,9000.  It might look familiar as it had been on the market a couple of years ago without selling.  The most recent model-match sale was a floor above in the $800,000s so it’ll be interesting to see if someone pays for for this one below which is asking $100,000 less just 3 floors down.  Still one of the least expensive options for a unit high up in the building.  Great views mostly from the large balcony vs. inside the unit.  Not a lot in the way of upgrades since original construction.  We’ll see if there are any new nibbles based on the new price.
