This 15th floor southeast corner unit been re-listed for $1,599,000 – about $75,000 less than before.  It was priced a bit higher than the most recent sales for model matches, but getting closer.  High enough up for sit down views of the bay and ocean beyond, yet not so high up to only be looking at the clouds.  We’ll see if there’s better luck this time around with the new price.

This 5th floor northwest corner unit is now back on the market for $877,900 – about $20,000 less than last year.  It has a surprisingly decent bay view from the living room and patio to the southwest.  Some nice contemporary upgrades from lighting to paint for a nice and clean look.  We’ll see if there’s enough demand for a lower-level unit to get into the building – although this is a corner unit with some water views, so I think it’s got a chance.
