This traditional sale on the east side of the building is back in escrow after less than 2 weeks back on the market.  For this floor plan, pretty good bang for the buck in terms of views and patio space.  The unit features different than usual granite and flooring, but maybe that’s not a bad thing?  No surprise to see it move quickly again, and I’ll post again once it closes.
