After about 200 days on the market, this northeast corner unit expired in the MLS.  We’ll see if it gets re-listed, or if the seller decides not to sell at this time.  Interstingly enough with a very similar asking price, 1104, 6 floors below, went into escrow yesterday.  That will become the best comp when it closes for this one.
