This traditional sale listing at the Pinnacle on the east side of the building overlooking the pool has increased in price to match that of the same unit on the 9th floor listed yesterday.  Price seems to be appropriate based on recent sales and the recent uptick in the market, so I’d expect it to move again pretty quickly.  One note for clarification, the listing broker in the detail link above states the building was built by Nat Bosa, but that’s incorrect.
