This east-facing entry-level 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom condo at the Pinnacle is now in escrow after about 2 months on the market.  No notable upgrades but a clean presentation with contemporary paint colors and furnishings.  Of course the traditional Pinnacle quality cabinetry in the kitchens, baths, and appliances.  It’s been a while since a lower-level 2/2 has come up in the building, so it’ll be interesting to see if they can get this price for a unit on the east-side of the building.  Units similar in size much higher up have been struggling, but the price is below $800,000, so not a bad place to start.  I’ll post again once it closes.
