This west-facing entry-level 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom condo at the Pinnacle is now finally in escrow.  Upgraded wood flooring which is rare for the building, contemporary paint colors and furnishings, and of course the traditional Pinnacle quality cabinetry in the kitchens, baths, and appliances.  It’s been a while since a lower-level 2/2 has come up in the building, so it’ll be interesting to see if they can get this high of a price for a unit that doesn’t clear CityFront Terrace across the street for views.  I’ll post again once it closes.
