This 29th floor northwest corner unit at Pinnacle Museum Tower has reduced again and is now asking $1,645,000 to $1,795,000.  Great and mostly protected views to the south, west and north.  Not the largest kitchen/great room, but it does offer 2 bedrooms and an office, all with views.  Some tasteful upgrades and decor give this one a chance to sell for a higher price than it did in 2015.  This one also has a storage room / wet bar in place of the half bath.  We’ll see if there’s more of an appetite for it this winter and if the latest reduction helps.  Certainly heading in the right direction.
