This this middle-unit on the 20th floor facing east has been re-listed after not selling previously – really no big surprise based on the asking price being notably higher than the most recent model-match comps.  Not your typical Pinnacle condo, this residence has been upgraded with wood floors, custom paint, and custom lighting.  Popular split-bedroom floor plan with little wasted space on hallways, 2 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths.  It’ll be interesting to see if an east-facing unit will sell for as much as other model-matches on the west side of the building might.  The price seems quite high given the most recent sales in the stack including this one itself.  We’ll see if the fall provides a better chance for a sale.

This listing on the 21st floor has been re-listed on the MLS to reset the clock on the MLS for those not paying close attention.  This one should still sell more quickly than the model match a few floors above, but no love yet.  Some interesting wallpaper and the darker option for countertops.  Great views on the 21st floor which thanks to high ceilings at the Pinnacle is roughly equivalent to the 25th floor at Horizons across the street.  We’ll see if there’s more success this time around.
