This 24th floor condo at the Pinnacle is now in escrow a few weeks after a price reduction.  Spanning the entire north-side of the building, and with 2 balconies, a popular floor plan only found a handful of times.  Marble floors in the living area and baths with wood floors in the bedrooms.  The price is still a bit high compared to the most recent model-match sale, but with scarce inventory… maybe?  The price reduction helps.  I’ll post again once it closes escrow.
