This this middle-unit on the 20th floor facing east is now finally in escrow after several months on the market over the past couple of years.  Really no big surprise based on the asking price being notably higher than the most recent model-match comps.  Not your typical Pinnacle condo, this residence has been upgraded with wood floors, custom paint, and custom lighting.  Popular split-bedroom floor plan with little wasted space on hallways, 2 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths.  It’ll be interesting to see if an east-facing unit will sell for as much as other model-matches on the west side of the building might.  I’ll post again once it closes escrow.

This 5th floor northwest corner unit is now in escrow after less than a week on the market for $879,900.  It has a surprisingly decent bay view from the living room and patio to the southwest.  Some nice contemporary upgrades from lighting to paint for a nice and clean look.  No luck selling for this one in 2019 or 2020, but the 2021 market should do the trick.  I’ll post again once it closes escrow.

This 2 bedroom unit with 2.5 baths facing west on the 13th floor which sold just a couple of years ago is now finally in escrow again after months on the market.  One of the more popular floor plans in the building with virtually no wasted space in hallways and views to the west and southwest towards the bay.  A large balcony off the living room as well for taking in the sun and evening lights.  Light and airy, a nice neutral decor scheme, with mostly original fit and finish. The price feels a bit high given the pace of sales for other similar units in the building that have been higher up and sold for less.  I’ll post again once it closes escrow.

This 24th floor condo at the Pinnacle is now in escrow a few weeks after a price reduction.  Spanning the entire north-side of the building, and with 2 balconies, a popular floor plan only found a handful of times.  Marble floors in the living area and baths with wood floors in the bedrooms.  The price is still a bit high compared to the most recent model-match sale, but with scarce inventory… maybe?  The price reduction helps.  I’ll post again once it closes escrow.
