Can’t beat the views on this 29th floor southwest corner unit. 3 true bedrooms as well as a den/nook/office space. One of the premier units in the building. This unit has been remodeled top to bottom from flooring to cabinetry to motorized shades just to start. The price is higher than the most recent sales, but it’s the most desired corner in the building and a premium interior product as well. We’ll see how the market reacts – looks pretty darn favorable.
