This 25th floor 2 bedroom with the red cabinet option is now in escrow not longer after a recent price reduction.  Upgrades include wood floors, upgraded bathroom tile and backsplash, custom paint, and some interesting use of mirrors.  Great views mostly from the large balcony vs. inside the unit in this stack, just like 2302 and 2402.  Very well decorated compared to the competition, but the price is still the question as to what a buyer will spend for this relatively small 2 bedroom on the east side of the building.  We’ll see if 2018 is the year – this reduction helps!  I’ll post again once it closes.

Looks like the latest price reduction did the trick as this one bedroom condo in the Pinnacle is now in escrow.  It has all of the usual appointments including stainless steel appliances, Snaidero cabinetry, and marble floors.  It might look familiar as it was just sold to the current owner last year.  Nice open concept kitchen/living room, as well as a view from the over-sized balcony because it’s down on the 3rd floor so more of a deck feel.  This one can be purchased with most furnishings as well for a turnkey residence.  I’ll post again once it closes.
