This northwest corner unit on the 13th floor might look familiar to some as it was on the market just a few years ago.  It sold back in 2012 and is now back on the market for about $500,000 more this time around in a tighter market.  Some nice upgrades especially in terms of wood cabinetry and wood floors not found in most Pinnacle units.  The bathrooms have been remodeled as well, and this floor plan has been a favorite for buyers looking for a 2 bedroom floor plan with an elusive den.  A lot for the 13th floor, I’d hope there’s $200,000+ worth of room to negotiate, but we’ll see how they do as we head into summer.

As previously mentioned here on PinnacleLuxuryCondos.com, this northwest corner unit on the 15th floor is now on the market.  A bit of a Moroccan style, with some nice upgrades including the use of stone on an entertainment center in the living room.  First one of this floor plan in a couple of years to hit the market so it’ll be interesting to see what it goes for. Based on the sale of #1501 for $1,600,000, the price appears high to me, but in this appreciating market, it wouldn’t surprise me if they get their price.
