This northeast corner unit at Pinnacle is now for sale again after just changing hands a few years ago.  Nice corner-unit floor plan with 2 terraces, 2 bedrooms, AND a den.  Some nice built-ins in the living room and the optional black granite countertops in the kitchen.  A very versatile floor-plan, it’ll be interesting to see how it does… actually listed for less than what the owner paid for it 2 years ago.
