After nearly 300 days on the market, this 6th floor corner unit is no longer on the market.  We’ll see if it comes back on the market – hopefully at a lower price being that the same floor plan directly above 4 floors on 10th floor was listed yesterday for $750,000 – $100,000 less than the most recent price on this one.
