After about 5 months on the market with no takers, this 15th floor southeast corner unit has been cancelled on the MLS.  Still priced a bit higher than the most recent sales for model matches, but there haven’t been any on the market since 2016.  High enough up for sit down views of the bay and ocean beyond, yet not so high up to only be looking at the clouds.  It’ll be interesting to see if the scarcity in the market is enough to push for this high of a price – nice unit but most with original fit and finish.  We’ll see if it comes back on the market soon.

After quite some time on the market, this listing on a 14th floor east-facing 2 bedroom has cancelled. This plan offers 2.5 baths as well as almost no wasted space.  Conversely, the price is a big high for an east-facing unit, and the kitchen has the blue/purple cabinets vs the more traditional brown. We’ll see how they do, with the inventory so low, I actually think they’ve got a chance even though the asking price is about $30,000 higher than it was just a few months ago before it had come off the market for the holidays.  We’ll see if they put it back on the market and are just resetting the clock or otherwise.

This west-facing split 2 bedroom plan on the 16th floor has been taken off the market unable to get their price.  Views above CityFront Terrace across the street and out to the bay to the south/west.  Expect a quick sale as this tastefully decorated unit is clean and offers a good value for views and height in the building.  I’ll post again when it comes back on the market.

Unit 605 is off the market again…  It has a surprisingly decent bay view from the living room and patio to the southwest.  The red cabinetry though probably will be a turn off for most buyers.  We’ll see how it does… but I’m not expecting a quick sale because it’s still priced too high for the market and should sell for closer to $750,000. I’ll post again if they re-list it…
