Suite 07 faces west towards CityFront Terrace’s lower-rise Soap Factory building, with a corridor bay view visible from the balcony looking southwest. The 07 units are consistently more popular, sell faster, and command higher prices than the 02s. The view difference is real and the market prices it accordingly.
For buyers who have flexibility on view orientation, 02 units often represent good value — the floor plan is identical, the amenities are identical, and the price difference can be notable.
Balcony
Suite 02 & 07 has one private balcony off the living room. On Suite 07 units the balcony captures that southwest corridor bay view, which makes it one of the better outdoor spaces of any entry-level unit in the building.

“The 02s and 07s are how a lot of people get into Pinnacle for the first time. What surprises buyers is the dining area — most one-bedroom condos in the Marina at this price don’t have one. The bedroom feels bigger than it is because of the ceilings. The 07 is the people prefer generally, but the 02 is where you find value if you’re willing to trade the bay view for a lower price.”
