This listing on the 21st floor has expired on the MLS after about 45 days on the market.  At the new price expect this one to sell much more quickly than the unit 3 floors above which is also for sale.  Some interesting wallpaper and the darker option for countertops.  Great views on the 21st floor which thanks to high ceilings at the Pinnacle is roughly equivalent to the 25th floor at Horizons across the street.  I’ll post again once it’s re-listed.

This this middle-unit on the 20th floor facing east has expired on the MLS after no takers – really no big surprise based on the asking price being notably higher than the most recent model-match comps.  Not your typical Pinnacle condo, this residence has been upgraded with wood floors, custom paint, and custom lighting.  Popular split-bedroom floor plan with little wasted space on hallways, 2 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths.  It’ll be interesting to see if an east-facing unit will sell for as much as other model-matches on the west side of the building might.  The price seems quite high given the most recent sales in the stack including this one itself – I’ll post again once it’s back on the market.

This east-facing 1 bedroom at the Pinnacle has expired again on the MLS but should be back up for sale later this year.  A bit of an odd strategy, but maybe something changed and the seller is less eager to sell now.  737 square feet with all of the usual appointments including stainless steel appliances, Snaidero cabinetry, and travertine.  It might look familiar as it just sold a couple of years ago.  Nice open concept kitchen/living room, as well as a view from the balcony over the pool area and even down towards the bay.  I’ll post again once it’s back on the market.

This west-facing entry-level 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom condo at the Pinnacle on the 10th floor, facing west, has expired on the MLS.  Upgrades including a wood-like treatment on the fireplace with built-in television, some added cabinetry in the bathrooms, and contemporary paint colors and furnishings.  Of course the traditional Pinnacle quality cabinetry in the kitchens, baths, and appliances.  It’s been a while since a lower-level 2/2 has come up in the building, so it’ll be interesting to see if they can get this high of a price for a unit that doesn’t clear CityFront Terrace across the street for views.  Units similar in size much higher up have been struggling, but this is west-facing.  I’ll post again once it’s back on the market.
