Looks like a little break from the action for this fabulously remodeled 29th floor northwest corner unit at Pinnacle – now at least temporarily off the market.  Great and mostly protected views to the south, west and north.  Not the largest kitchen/great room, but it does offer 3 true bedrooms all with views.  Cabinets, countertops, and bathrooms have all been updated. This 6th floor northwest corner unit which sold back in 2022 has expired on the MLS after several months on the market without any takers.  It has a surprisingly decent bay view from the living room and patio to the southwest for being a lower floor unit.  Some dramatic colors inside with the rarely-seen Red cabinet color. This will be another interest gauge of the market right – probably an outlier, but this one is selling for a loss.   I’ll post again once it’s re-listed.

This listing on the 21st floor has expired on the MLS after about 2 months without any takers.  Some interesting wallpaper and the darker option for countertops.  Great views on the 21st floor which thanks to high ceilings at the Pinnacle is roughly equivalent to the 25th floor at Horizons across the street.  Great value option Downtown to be this high up and under $1,000,000.  I’ll post again once it’s back on the market.

Some nice upgrades, built-ins, lighting, etc.  Very popular floor plan even though it’s on a lower floor with surprisingly open views as well.  With the low inventory in the building for units with more square footage than most, I’d expect this one will get lots of attention given the orientation.  Wood floors have been added in the bedrooms, so no carpet here.  Just high enough up for some nice views.  Matte cabinetry option from the builder.  Clean and ready to go.  I’ll post again once it’s back on the market.

This 2 bedroom unit with 2.5 baths facing west on the 13th floor which sold just a couple of years ago has expired on the MLS after no takers in about 6 months.  One of the more popular floor plans in the building with virtually no wasted space in hallways and views to the west and southwest towards the bay.  A large balcony off the living room as well for taking in the sun and evening lights.  Light and airy, a nice neutral decor scheme, with mostly original fit and finish. The price feels a bit high given the pace of sales for other similar units in the building that have been higher up and sold for less.  I’ll post again once it’s re-listed.
