Quick change of heart about selling for this southeast corner unit on the 11th floor…  Nicely upgraded with wood flooring in the bedrooms, upgraded bathrooms, custom paint, lighting, built-ins, etc.  A little low for big water views, but due to the higher ceilings in the building, it’s about the equivalent of a 13th floor in the average building, so not to be overlooked either. After a few months on the market, this 1 bedroom on the east side of the Pinnacle is at least for now off the market. What sets this one apart is that it has a balcony twice of the size of a normal balcony for the stack, so ideal outdoor space for San Diego living. East-facing overlooking the pool, so no baking in the afternoons. With the roller-coaster ride for 1 bedroom sales in the building last year, it’ll be interesting to see how this one fares.
